In the 4th and final iteration of Radio KUNCI at ifa-Galerie, Berlin, all the key findings during the series of live discussion around space-sharing in the past 3 weeks will be revisited and reflected upon together by Syafiatudina of KUNCI as a host and guest speaker, AbdouMaliq Simone, an urbanist whose work focuses on themes relating to different social practices and urban landscapes in African and Southeast Asian cities.
During this live-event, they will discuss the notion of numpang as a process of taking and giving space which is indispensably relational. As well as on how as a social practice it becomes an interface for different actors and local institutions to tactically translate ways of doing things together in the city and form new political horizons.
Radio KUNCI Live Event #4 is a part of the project Politics of Sharing – On Collective Wisdom, which is co-produced by ifa (Institute für Auslandbeziehungen Germany) and the Artspace NZ Auckland, New Zealand.
